This covers internal household doors only. It does not include main entrance doors, external security doors or entrance locks.
Taps and minor drain clearing
Small problems with taps can waste water and, if left unattended, cause damage around the area. We help with dripping or faulty taps, loose fittings and parts that are not working properly, including replacing faulty tap components, cartridges and suitable taps. We also clear and maintain minor blocked drains. We check the fixture and the surrounding area first, then agree the most suitable approach with you.
Furniture assembly
We assemble suitable household items such as bed frames, tables, chairs, bedside tables and flat-pack furniture, following the manufacturer's instructions where provided. Parts are checked, aligned and tightened so each item is neat and ready for normal use, and we take care around floors, walls and nearby items while we work.
Wall and ceiling repairs

Gutter and Downpipe Clearing
Keeping gutters clear helps rainwater move away from the roof and walls as it should. When leaves and debris build up, water can overflow and may affect the fascia, eaves and exterior walls.
Gutter cleaning
We remove leaves, dirt, mud and general debris from residential gutters. Depending on the condition and access, gutters are cleaned by hand, with water pressure or with suitable equipment.
Downpipe blockage clearing
If a gutter outlet or downpipe is blocked, we assess it and, where appropriate, use suitable water-jet equipment to help clear it. The method depends on the type, location and severity of the blockage.
Minor gutter and downpipe repairs
While we're working, we can check accessible sections of the gutter and downpipe. If we find a minor hole, leak or damaged area that may be repairable without full replacement, we discuss it with you first and, if agreed, carry out an appropriate repair.
Gutters and downpipes can also be painted as part of exterior painting.
